Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the upspiral.life website operated by UpSpiral.Life, LLC (“us”, “we”, or “our”). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you do not have permission to access or use the Services.

Purchases

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

UpSpiral.Life LLC only accepts United States Dollars (USD). We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover for purchases.

Service and Product Specific Conditions

In addition to the foregoing terms, you agree to abide by the following conditions based on your use of specific Company Services, Courses, and Products. Any Company Content provided to you is for individual noncommercial use only, subject to the limited license granted with each Service License.

Paid subscriptions, products, or other offerings (“Courses”): Any Company Content, including Courses and Products, made available from the Website or Services is owned by Company. Use of such content is governed by the terms of the end user license agreement, if any, which accompanies the Company Content. A user will be unable to access or download some Services unless they first agree to the Service License terms.

Cancellation Policy: You, the buyer, may cancel your transaction at any time prior to midnight of the third business day of the date of the transaction, after which the sale is final. If you choose to cancel, any payments made by you will be issued back within 3 business days following receipt by UpSpiral.Life LLC of your cancellation notice, and any security interest arising out of the transaction will be canceled. All cancellation requests must be in writing via email to support@upspiral.life. The company retains a five percent (5%) cancellation fee on all cancellations.

Availability, Errors, and Inaccuracies

We are constantly updating product and service offerings on the Service. The information found on the Service may contain errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.

Accounts

When you create an account with us, you guarantee that you are above the age of 18 and that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in immediate termination of your account.
